Turks started in 2007 with only one stall in SM City Sta. Mesa Foodcourt. It is engaged in selling mainly Beef Pita Doner, freshly cooked and prepared upon order. Since then, Turks has grown into more than four hundred (500) branches nationwide.
The business specializes in serving Turkish cuisine adapted to the Filipino taste buds. It has their own recipe of Doner (Shawarma) which makes it unique compared to others.
The brand actually drops the ‘shawarma’ in their menus as they think doner is the best to include in the branding.
Backed up with a strong and youthful set of support from their headquarters, franchising Turks becomes more easy and profitable. Their recent endorser is actor Piolo Pascual with his son, Inigo.
