1. Coffeecraft Varieties: We offer a wide range of coffee drinks, both hot and cold. This could include espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha, macchiato, our signature caffe waka, and more. We don't have decaf options as we strive to be an extreme coffee provider.

2. Specialty Drinks: We create unique coffee blends that are exclusive to Kaffeinism. This includes seasonal offerings such as Burzters or Frappenismo drinks inspired by local & international flavors.

3. Food Items: We offer a selection of pastries, pizza, burgerizmo sandwiches, and other light meals that pair well with our coffee. Offering both sweet and savory options.

4. Merchandise: We do sell branded items such as mugs, tumblers, t-shirts, caps, or totebags and other memorabillias. This not only provides an additional revenue stream but also helps in marketing our brand.

Services:

1. Coffee Subscription: We offer a Bottled Coffee Distributorship subscription service where customers can get their favorite coffee delivered to their home or office on a regular basis.

2. Loyalty Program: We implement a Carte Du Jour loyalty program to encourage repeat business. A point-based system where customers earn points for every purchase which they can redeem for free drinks, items or discounts.

3. Catering Services: We provide Coffee Bar catering services for events or meetings. This could include coffee stations or pre-packaged coffee boxes including our Bottled Coffee products.

1. Franchise License: The right to operate under the Kaffeinism brand name for a certain period of time.

2. Store Setup: Assistance in finding a suitable location, store design and layout, furniture, and equipment.

3. Initial Inventory: Provide an initial stock of coffee beans, other ingredients, and retail products.

4. Training Program: Comprehensive training for the franchisee and their staff on how to operate the coffee shop, prepare the menu items, and provide excellent customer service.

5. Operations Manual: A detailed guide on how to run the coffee shop, including daily operations, marketing strategies, human resources, and financial management.

6. Marketing Support: Assistance in local store marketing and inclusion in national marketing campaigns.

7. Ongoing Support: Regular visits from a franchise manager to ensure standards are being met and to provide ongoing advice and support.

8. Exclusive Territory: Assurance that no other Kaffeinism outlets will be opened within a certain radius of the franchised store.

KAFFEINISM Franchise Application Process

 

1. Initial Inquiry: Interested parties can contact you via our website, email, or phone to express their interest.

2. Application Form: Prospective franchisees fill out an application form providing details about their background, financial situation, business experience, and motivation for wanting to open a KAFFEINISM franchise.

3. Review of Application: Our team reviews the application to assess whether the candidate meets our initial criteria. This could include financial capability, relevant experience, and alignment with our brand values.

4. Initial Interview: If the application is satisfactory, we will arrange an initial interview (either in person or via video call) to further assess the candidate’s suitability. This is also an opportunity for them to ask any questions they may have.

5. Disclosure Document: If the initial interview goes well, we will provide the candidate with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This document provides detailed information about the franchise opportunity and should be reviewed carefully by the candidate.

6. Business Plan Submission: Ask the candidate to submit a business plan outlining how they plan to operate the franchise. This should include financial projections and a marketing plan.

7. Final Interview/Presentation: The candidate presents their business plan to your team. This is their opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of the business and their ability to run a successful franchise.

8. Approval & Agreement Signing: Successful candidates and their business plan are mow formally approved as a KAFFEINISM franchisee. The franchise agreement is then signed, and the initial franchise fee is paid.

9. Training & Support: Once the agreement is signed, the new franchisee undergoes training and receives ongoing support as they set up and start operating their Kaffeinism coffee shop.
