First started as a kiosk in October 2008 in a call center in HTMT, Libis, QC; 2nd kiosk opened in 2009 in Salcedo Tower, Makati, selling assorted dimsum, mami and rice toppings. IPO filed 2009 and obtained last 2010.

Operated initially as a single proprietorship under AMM Yang Chow Food Express. Eventually grew into full store operations by 2010, come 2013, became Yang Chow Food Concept Inc. with existing 4 stores and 3 soon to open franchises.
